摘要
北京清河治理工程羊坊闸采用了新型双孔弓形闸门,挡水时门顶溢流形成瀑布景观,其造型独特、结构新颖。本文介绍了北京清河下段水环境治理工程的概况,阐述了羊坊闸的总体结构布置和设计特点。运用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了羊坊闸闸室结构有限元计算模型,对闸底板进行复核计算,根据闸墩铰支座部位受力情况,对该部位进行复核;对闸墩上部T型梁进行结构优化,确定合理的断面尺寸。通过三维有限元分析,指导工程设计、施工,使水闸结构设计经济合理、运行安全可靠。
Yangfang gate in Beijing Qinghe River treatment project uses a new two- hole arch gate,when blocking water the overflow on the top of the gate creates a waterfall. It’s unique in modeling and novel in structure. The paper introduces the general information of the water environment treatment project in lower Beijing Qinghe River,elaborates the general structure arrangement and design features. By using finite element analysis software ANSYS,the paper sets up the finite element calculate model,reconfirms the calculation of gate floor and gate hinge of the gate pier based on its force situation,and optimizes the structure of the T- shaped beam on the top of the gate pier to confirm the proper fracture surface size. Using 3- D finite element analysis to guide the engineering design and construction can ensure that the sluice gate structure design is economic,and its operation is safe and reliable.
