摘要
目的 分析、评价当前医学院校附属医院临床教师医教研工作现状,寻找临床教师和谐处理医教研关系的平衡点,探索有效提高医教研水平的策略.方法 对南京医科大学6所附属医院部分主治医师及以上职称临床教师骨干进行自编问卷调查.结果 附属医院临床教师在医教研3个方面的工作中存在着不和谐现象,普遍重视医疗工作,而在教学工作中大都存在重形式轻质量的问题.结论 附属医院需要优化医教研3项工作机制、并制定相应的考核与激励政策;需要加强临床教师科教培训,加大教学投入。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the current situation of clinical teachers on medical research work in affiliated hospitals.Besides,to find out the balance point of harmonious relationship between medical research work and teaching affairs in clinical teaching hospitals,and to explore more effective strategies to improve the medical service level.Method Questionnaire survey was conducted among the attending physician or the superior from 6 affiliated hospitals in Nanjing Medical University.Results Three aspects of clinical teachers working in medical research in affiliated hospital are not harmonious,for instance,too much attention putted to medical work,or teaching with low quality.Conclusions The affiliated hospitals need to optimize the assessment and incentive policies of medical work,research and teaching; to enhance the clinical teachers education training,increase educational investment etc.
