摘要
目的探讨下颌骨缺损修复的疗效。方法选取我院接收的下颌骨缺损患者32例作为本次的研究对象,所有患者均行下颌骨重建钛板即刻修复治疗,并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组32例患者手术切口均Ⅰ期愈合,患者牙齿缺损部分咀嚼功能丧失,患者张口度均基本恢复正常,面形基本满意。结论给予下颌骨缺损患者颌骨重建钛板即刻修复治疗可取较好的效果,有较高的应用价值,应推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of mandibular defect repair. Methods Choose our receiving of 32 patients with mandibular defects as the object of study, all patients were treated titanium mandibular reconstruction plate immediately repair, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results This group of operative incision of 32 cases of patients wereⅠhealing, patients with tooth defect part of the loss of chewing function, patients with open mouth of the basic returned to normal, the form basic satisfaction.Conclusion Give jaw reconstruction of titanium plate mandibular defect patients immediate repair treatment may take good effect, has higher application value and should be popularized.
