摘要
目的分析口腔颌面部骨折的诊治体会。方法回顾我院2011年10月~2013年8月收治的口腔颌面部骨折患者78例的临床资料,并分析患者治疗情况。结果口腔颌面部骨折患者78例治疗总有效率100%,未发生1例患者植入钛板钛钉排斥反应,1例伤口感染患者经换药后2期愈合。其余患者经X线复查,骨折线消失,骨痂均匀,接近正常骨小梁结构,所有患者咬合关系基本恢复正常。结论及时准确诊断口腔颌面部骨折情况,采取坚强的内固定术治疗可明显提高患者疗效。微型钛板内固定操作简单、术后愈合快,可在短期内颌间固定,具有显著疗效。
Objective Analysis of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of oral and maxillofacial fractures.Methods In October 2011 to August 2013, review of 78 patients admitted in our hospital in recent years, oral and maxillofacial fractures in patients with clinical data and treatment in patients with analysis. Conclusion Timely and accurate diagnosis of oral and maxillofacial fractures, take strong ifxation treatment can significantly improve curative effect. Miniature titanium plate internal fixation with simple operation, postoperative healing fast, can be ifxed between the jaw, in the short term has signiifcant effect.
