摘要
以2-萘酚和80%水合肼为起始原料,经多步反应生成光学活性的2,2'-二溴-1,1'-联萘,再依次经过锂化及羧基化反应得到了(R)-2'-溴-1,1'-联萘-2-甲酸,其结构经核磁分析得到了确证。对目标产物的合成条件进行了优化,得到了适宜的合成工艺。
Optically active 2,2' - dibromo - 1,1' - binaphthyl was synthesized by mutistep reactions using 2 - naphthol and 80% hydrazine hydrate as raw materials, lithiation and carboxylation of the resulted compound to give (R) -2' -bromo - 1,1' - binaphthyl - 2 - carboxylic acid, the structure of it was identified by NMR. Optimized of the reaction condition of the target product to obtain a suitable synthetic technology.
