摘要
通过使用化学改性和共混改性的方法对聚偏氟乙烯膜进行了亲水性改性,制备了亲水性良好的聚偏氟乙烯膜。采用原位聚合的方法制备了PHEMA均聚物。使用合成均聚物对聚偏氟乙烯进行了共混改性制备了亲水性的偏氟乙烯膜。通过使用FT-IR光谱均聚物进行了表征;使用接触角测量仪对制备的亲水性的聚偏氟乙烯膜进行了亲水性测试;使用TGA的方法对亲水性聚偏氟乙烯膜进行了热稳定性的测试。实验表明成功使用PHEMA均聚物并且此均聚物对聚偏氟乙烯膜的亲水性能有很大的提高。
In this paper, hydrophilie polyvinylidene fluoride membrane was made by using the methods of chemical modification and blending modification. The homopolymer PHEMA have been prepared by the methods of in situ polymerization. In order hydrophilie polyvinylidene fluoride membrane, the homopolymer was used on PVDF by the method of blending modification. The homopolymer was characterized by the Fr - IR spectroscopy. The hydrophilie test was performed using angle measurments ; the membrane performance of heat stability was characterized by TGA test. The result showed that the block homopolymer PHEMA was preparaed successfully and the hydrophilivity of polyvinylidene fluoride membrane was greatly improved.
