产前超声心动图在先天性心脏病诊断中的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨产前超声心动图在筛查胎儿先天性心脏病中的临床意义。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2014年6月在我院行胎儿超声心动图检查发现胎儿心脏结构异常者的病例资料,结合引产后病理解剖及产后影像资料进行总结分析。结果行产前超声心动图检查的8 486例胎儿中,诊断心脏结构异常743例,发病率8.7%(743/8 486),其中510例引产;经引产后病理解剖及产后随访诊断先天性心脏病共668例,失访75例;诊断先天性心脏病668例中,与产前超声诊断符合654例,符合率98%(654/668),诊断不相符的14例;产前超声未提示心脏结构异常的病例中,有15例产后超声提示心脏结构异常。结论产前超声心动图在先天性心脏病的诊断中具有重要的临床意义。
