摘要
目的研究高血压患者的摄盐情况以及盐摄入量与肥胖程度对血压的影响。方法收集2012年9月至2014年6月第三军医大学大坪医院399例高血压患者24 h尿液,测定24 h尿钠并计算食盐摄入量,测定身高、体重、腰围,并计算体重指数(body mass index,BMI)。分析摄盐量与BMI、腰围的关系,比较高血压患者不同摄盐水平和肥胖程度的血压差异。结果高血压患者日均盐摄入量(11.29±5.82)g;摄盐量在不同BMI水平和腰围差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);BMI、腰围、体重均与摄盐量呈显著正相关(P<0.05);高摄盐患者中超重和肥胖者血压显著高于体重正常患者(P<0.05);高摄盐的超重和肥胖患者血压水平显著高于低中摄盐的超重和肥胖患者(P<0.01)。结论随着高血压患者肥胖程度的加重,摄盐量也随之增高;高盐饮食和肥胖可能对高血压产生叠加作用,该作用在女性患者更为明显。
Objective To investigate the salt intake in hypertensive patients, and analyze the effects of salt intake and obesity degree on blood pressure. Methods The 24-hour urine samples of 399 inpatients with hypertension were collected, and the 24-hour urine sodium was measured to calculate the salt intake. The height, weight and waist circumferences of patients were measured, and the body mass index(BMI) was calculated. The relationships between salt intake and BMI, waist circumference, and weight were analyzed. The differences of blood pressure between patients with different salt intake and obesity degrees were compared. ResultsThe salt intake was 11.29±5.82 g per day in hypertensive patients. The salt intake of patients with different levels of BMI or waist circumferences was significantly different(P〈0.05). BMI or waist circumferences and weights were positively related with salt intake(P〈0.05). In patients with high salt intake, the blood pressures of overweight and obese patients were significantly higher than those of normal weight patients(P〈0.05). In overweight and obese patients, the blood pressures of patients with high salt intake were significantly higher than those of patients with low salt intake(P〈0.01). Conclusion With the aggravation of the obesity degrees in patients with hypertension, salt intake is increased. High salt diet and obesity may have superimposed effect on blood pressure, and this effect is more obvious in female patients.
