摘要
目的:探讨甘露聚糖肽序贯联合CapeOX化疗方案治疗晚期直肠癌的临床疗效。方法:75例晚期直肠癌患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组、空白组,各25例,三组患者均采用CapeOX方案化疗,治疗组患者住院期间加用甘露聚糖肽注射液,出院口服甘露聚糖肽胶囊,对照组患者住院期间静脉滴注胸腺肽注射液,出院后口服胸腺肽肠溶片,空白组患者住院期间静脉点滴同体积的氯化钠注射液,出院后口服等量的安慰剂。结果:临床有效率:治疗组与空白组比较具有统计学差异(P=0.048),与对照组比较无统计学差异(P=0.39)。KPS评分:治疗组治疗后较治疗前、对照组、空白组显著升高(P<0.05),同时T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及WBC、NK细胞数量均较对照组、空白组显著增高(P<0.05)。结论:甘露聚糖肽序贯疗法能有效增强直肠癌患者机体免疫功能,与化疗联用能提高临床疗效,改善生活质量。
Objective：To investigate the clinical efifcacy of sequential Mannatide therapy combined with CapeOX chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer. Methods：75 cases of patients with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group, control group and the blank group equally. Three groups of patients were treated with CapeOX chemotherapy. Patients in the treatment group were given Mannatide injection during hospitalization and Mannatide capsules during discharged. Patients in the control group were given Thymosin injection during hospitalization and Thymosin enteric-coated capsules during discharged. Patients in the blank group were given the same volume of sodium chloride injection during hospitalization and the same amount of oral placebo during discharged. Result：The clinical efifcacy of treatment group was 52.00%, with signiifcant difference comparing with the control group（P=0.048）, while showed no significant difference comparing with the control group（P=0.39）. KPS score of treatment group was significantly higher after treatment （P=0.021）, and was signiifcantly higher than the control and blank group（P〈0.05）. T lymphocyte subsets CD4^＋, CD4^＋/CD8^＋ and WBC, the number of NK cells of the control group were signiifcantly increased than that of the control and blank group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Mannatide sequential therapy can effectively enhance the immune function in patients with colorectal cancer. It can improve the clinical efifcacy and improve quality of life when combination with chemotherapy.
