摘要 目的:综述国内外关于子宫肌瘤对女性生育能力的影响。方法:应用Pub Med数据库检索系统,以"子宫肌瘤和生育、辅助生殖技术"为检索词检索相关文献。文献纳入标准:1子宫肌瘤对女性生育的影响;2子宫肌瘤对女性生育的影响机制;3子宫肌瘤的不同特征对辅助生殖技术的影响。纳入本综述的文献共29篇。结果:黏膜下肌瘤对女性生育能力具有显著影响,可以通过宫腔镜切除;肌壁间肌瘤对女性生育能力的影响尚有争议,其治疗效果尚不明确;浆膜下肌瘤对女性生育能力似乎没有影响,如有需要,可以通过腹腔镜手术治疗。结论:子宫肌瘤是育龄女性常见的良性肿瘤,对女性生育有着潜在的不良影响.对于有生育要求的子宫肌瘤患者,其治疗和管理需要根据具体情况仔细评估,从而得到更合理、更安全的治疗。 Objective: To summarize the effect of uterine fibroids on female fertility at home and abroad. Methods: The related literatures were retrieved by PubMed database retrieve system using "uterine fibroid and fertility, assisted reproductive technology" as key words. The inclusion criteria included the effect and mechanism of uterine fibroid on female fertility and the effects of different characteristics of uterine fibroid on assisted reproductive technology. A total of 29 literatures were included in the study. Results: The effect of submucous myoma on female fertility was significant, which could be removed by hysteroscopy; the effect of intramural uterine fibroids on female fertility was still controversial, the curative effect was not clear; subserous fibroids seemed to have no impact on female fertility, if necessary, subserous fibroids could be cured by laparoscopy. Conclusion: Uterine fibroid is a kind of common and benign tumor among the women of reproduetive age, which has potential adverse impact on female fertility. For the patients with birth requirement, treatment and management should be evaluated carefully according to the specific circumstance, in order to obtain more reasonable and safer treatment.
