分析餐饮服务环节食品添加剂使用现状,并针对性地提出了对策建议,以促进餐饮服务环节食品添加剂的规范管理,使广大消费者能够放心就餐。
The application status of food additives in catering industry is analyzed in this paper,and the supervision and management strategies are also proposed,to promote the standardized management of food additives used in catering services.
