摘要
反应釜是一种有着广泛应用的化学反应系统,其具有明显的时滞性、非线性和时变性等缺陷,难以建立精确的数学模型;而经典、现代控制理论的最优控制在反应釜控制中也无法完全体现出来。针对上述问题,在分析反应釜传热特性的基础上,设计了一种反应釜智能控制系统。可以通过控制执行器对反应釜内温度及其梯度进行有效控制,为提高化工生产质量提供了有力保障,具有重要的现实意义。
The reactor has a broad application of a chemical reactor,which has a strong time-delay,nonlinear,time-varying and other defects,it is difficult to establish a precise mathematical model for the reaction system,and the classic,modern control optimal control theory in the reactor control is also not fully reflected.To solve the above problems,this paper based on the analysis of the heat transfer characteristics of the reactor,designed a reactor intelligent control system.Through the intelligent controller effective control the reactor temperature gradient.It is great significance of improving the quality of chemical production.
