摘要
利用湖北恩施出产的硒矿粉(含硒量83 mg/kg)在江西丰城(土壤含硒量0.430 6 mg/kg)进行不同硒矿粉施用量(0、10、20、30、40、50 kg/667m2)对早稻(Oryza sativa L.)陵两优211富硒效应研究。结果表明,硒矿粉能够增加水稻子粒与茎秆的硒含量,施用10-50 kg/667 m2硒矿粉的水稻子粒硒含量为0.113 4-0.255 0 mg/kg,比对照0.108 0 mg/kg增加5.00%-136.11%,施用40、50 kg/667 m2硒矿粉的水稻子粒硒含量显著高于其他处理;硒矿粉能够增加水稻茎秆的硒含量,施用10-50 kg/667m2硒矿粉的茎秆硒含量为0.312 6-0.361 2 mg/kg,比对照0.291 9 mg/kg增加7.09%-23.74%,施用50 kg/667 m2硒矿粉的茎秆硒含量显著高于其他处理;子粒和茎秆的硒含量与硒矿粉施用量呈正相关;茎秆硒含量高于子粒,不同处理的茎秆硒含量比子粒硒含量高41.64%-175.66%。
In order to find out the effects of selenium powder with concentration(0,10,20,30,40,50 kg/667m^2) on early rice Ling-liangyou 211, selenium powder(83 mg/kg) produced in Enshi Hubei was used in the land of Fengcheng Jiangxi with selenium content of 0.430 6 mg/kg. The results showed that selenium powder increased selenium content in grain and stalk.The selenium content in grain with selenium powder of 10-50 kg/667 m^2 was 0.113 4-0.255 0 mg/kg. Compared with selenium content of 0.108 0 mg/kg,that in grain increased 5.00%-136.11%. The selenium content of grain with selenium powder of40 kg/667 m^2 and 50 kg/667 m^2 are higher than that with selenium powder in other concentrations. Selenium powder increased the selenium content in stalk. The selenium content in stalk with selenium powder of 10-50 kg/667 m^2 was 0.312 6-0.361 2mg/kg. Compared with 0.291 9 mg/kg, the selenium content increased 7.09%-23.74%. The selenium content in stalk with selenium powder of 50 kg/667 m^2 was higher than that with selenium powder in other concentrations. The selenium content in grain and stalk was positively correlated with the amount of selenium powder used in each square meters of the same land.The selenium content in stalk was higher than that in the grain. The selenium content in stalk with different amount of Selenium powder was 41.64%-175.66% higher than that in grain.
