摘要
目的：分析和处理15例DXI800全自动化学发光分析仪检测的肌钙蛋白I（c Tn I）假阳性结果,以降低假阳性率,提高检验结果的准确性。方法：用DXI800全自动化学发光分析仪进行c Tn I测定,对结果≥0.1 ng/m L的标本进行复查。结果：共检测10 529人次的c Tn I,结果异常（〉0.04 ng/m L）1 137人次,其中766人次结果≥0.1 ng/m L。对≥0.1 ng/m L的结果进行复查,复查后出现15例为0.01 ng/m L（原结果为0.31-2.52 ng/m L）。在排除仪器、试剂、室内质控原因后确定为假阳性。结论：标本前处理环节非常重要,分离的血清标本是否合格都有可能引起结果出现偏差,造成假阳性或假阴性结果,应严格按检验前处理要求进行标本处理。
Objective To analyze and treat the 15 false positive results of c Tn I detection by DXI800 Chemiluminescence Apparatus. Methods c Tn I detection was performed with DXI800 Chemiluminescence Apparatus, and the specimens with the results not less than 0.1 ng/m L were rechecked. Results Among 10 529 c Tn I results, there were 1 137 abnormal ones（0.04 ng/m L） which included 766 ones not less than 0.1 ng/m L. Recheck showed that there were 15 results of 0.01 ng/m L,with the original results between 0.31 and 2.52 ng/m L. Then 15 false positive results were found after the factors of instrument, reagent and indoor quality control excluded. Conclusion Improper pretreatment may cause false positive or negative results, and thus the specimen has to be pretreated according to the requirements.
