摘要
客观评价乘用车启动电机噪声是否满足要求是乘用车启动电机质量评价重要研究内容之一。针对乘用车启动电机噪声评价问题,本文提出了一种基于噪声主观评价结果,采用阶次分析的乘用车启动电机客观评价方法。以15台该类型电机在匀加速时的噪声样本为评价对象,采用等级评分法进行了主观评价,获得了8台噪声满足80%以上评价主体可接受的电机样本。提取了样本在空载和负载工况下的特征阶次,组成了目标阶次族,依据极值包络法确定了噪声可接受电机的阶次门阈值,为乘用车启动电机噪声评价提供了参考,具有重要的工程实践意义。
Starting motor noise is an important factor for evaluation of the passenger car's acoustic quality. In this paper, an objective evaluation method with order analysis was proposed based on the subjective assessment results of the motor noise. The subjective evaluation of fifteen sample motors was carried out using the ranking scale method. Testing results showed that eight motors of them were acceptable. The highest orders of the acceptable motors were extracted under idle and load conditions to build the key group of critical orders. Then, by extracting the envelope of the critical orders, the threshold for objective judgment of starting motor noise of the passenger car was established. The proposed method may provide an alternate choice to evaluate motor noise for passenger cars.
