摘要
文章结合高炉中修工程实践,介绍了整体更换高炉中间几带炉壳和冷却壁技术的优化。主要阐述了更换高炉炉壳过程中如何实现炉壳悬吊、顶升、找正,使得高炉检修后炉身数据恢复到新建时要求的指标。并用ANSYS软件对悬吊顶升梁系统进行了有限元强度分析,判断是否满足强度要求,也可作为优化措施的依据。
In the paper,it is introduced the optimization of technologies for entirely changing several sections of furnace shell and cooling stave in the middle of blast furnace combining with the engineering practices of intermediate maintenance for blast furnace as well as mainly elaborated how to suspend,jack and align furnace shell in the changing process to make the data of furnace shaft after overhaul of blast furnace get back to the required indexes when it was new- built. Moreover,the finite element analysis of strength for the system of suspending and jacking beam is made with the ANSYS software to judge whether it could meet strength requirements and to be the basis of optimization measures.
