摘要
水库入流的不确定性使得水电站在枯水期调度运行时面临着水量利用与水头控制间的协调矛盾,而季调节及以下调节能力的水电站由于调节能力的限制使得这种矛盾更加突出。本文从综合利用来流能与水库蓄能的角度出发,提出以来流能损失表示水头的损失,以水库蓄能的高效利用为目标确定水电站枯水期最佳调度运行方式。通过来流能损失与一定水库蓄能利用效率下的动用蓄能的比较分析,优化确定枯水期水位控制方案,为实现枯水期水量与水头利用的协调控制提供调度决策依据。
During dry water period,contradiction between the utilization of water quality and control of water level is concerned for the uncertainty of reservoir inflow,which is more significant for the limited regulation ability of quarterly and below regulating hydropower stations. In this paper,to utilize inflow energy and storage energy comprehensively,the loss of water level is represented with the loss of inflow energy and the objective of high efficient utilization is constructed,and a new optimal operation mode of hydropower station during dry water period is proposed. Through the comparison between loss of inflow energy and utilization of storage energy,loss of water level is represented with the loss of inflow energy and the objective of high efficient utilization is constructed,and a new optimal operation mode of hydropower station during dry water period is proposed. Through the comparison between loss of inflow energy and utilization of storage energy,optimal water level reduction plan is determined,and can provide decision reference for the coordination control on the utilization of water quality and water level.
