摘要
目的:评价改良箱式训练法在妇科腔镜培训中的效果。方法:40名实验对象随机分为2组,每组20名,实验组采用改良模拟训练箱练习腹腔镜基本操作技能,对照组采用传统模拟训练箱练习腹腔镜基本操作技能。在临床腹腔镜手术操作中采用自定的评分系统评价两组学员的培训效果。结果:两组学员的得分有显著差异,实验组明显优于对照组。结论:改良模拟训练箱较传统模拟训练箱能更有效的提高培训者的妇科腔镜操作技能,值得推广。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of improved gynecological laparoscopic training box. Methods :40 students were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group used improved gynecological laparoscopic training box, while the control group used the traditional gynecological laparoscopic training box. Result: The scores of the experimental group were significantly better than the those of the control group. Conclusion : Compared with the conventional training box , improved box more effectively improve students'gynecological laparoscopic operation skills.
