空心加压螺钉与钢板内固定联合治疗距骨颈骨折的临床探析

摘要 目的:对空心加压螺钉联合钢板内固定治疗距骨颈骨折的临床疗效进行探讨分析。方法对于2013年10月~2014年6月期间在我院接受治疗的38例闭合距骨颈骨折患者采用空心加压螺钉联合钢板内固定治疗的手术资料进行回顾性分析,并对临床效果以及手术体会进行分析总结。结果38例患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合,其中距骨骨折获得愈合37例,仅有1例患者出现骨折不愈合的情况;术后并发症发生率为7.9%;半年后患者的踝部关节功能评分平均为(87.5±5.4)分,优良率为94.7%。结论空心加压螺钉联合钢板内固定方法对治疗距骨颈骨折具有显著的临床效果,能大大降低术后并发症的发生,并且能够显著提高患者的生活质量,值得在治疗距骨颈骨折的临床实践中进行广泛应用。 Objective To explore clinical effect of cannulated compression screw combined with plate fixation in treatment of talar neck fracture. Methods Review and analyze surgical treatment data selected from 38 patients with talar neck fracture who are treated with cannulated compression screw combined with plate fixation treatment in hospital from October 2013 to June 2014 and then summarize clinical treatment effect and surgical treatment experience. Results Al of 38 patients have their wound healed at stage I; 37 patients have talar neck fracture healed, the other one is otherwise; the post-surgical complication incidence is up to 7.9%; and what’s more, patients’ankle function score reaches to(87.5±5.4)on average after half a year treatment with treatment excel ence rate of 94.7%. Conclusion Cannulated compression screw combined with plate fixation in treatment is of clinical efficacy in treatment of talar neck fracture;it is conducive to reducing post-surgical complication incidence and improving patients’quality of life significantly;thus, such a treatment approach is quite worthwhile to be clinical y promoted and applied.
