基于宽带光源的光纤SPR特性的仿真及实验分析

Simulation and Experimental Analysis of SPR Fiber Optic Sensor Using Broadband Light Source

摘要 利用Matlab对光纤表面等离子共振(SPR)传感器进行仿真,得知选用纤芯直径为400 μm或600μm的石英光纤作为SPR传感器具有良好的折射率检测特性.实验选用宽带光源作为入射光,在波长550~800 nm范围内,应用Matlab仿真分析了不同折射率样品的共振波长与透射率的关系,与实验数据对比表明,仿真结果与实验结果相一致. Using Matlab to make simulations on the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor, it learns that the SPR sensors with the diameter of the quartz fiber core being 400 μm or 600 μm can own better refractive index characteristics. In the experiment, choosing broadband light source as the incident light, the relationship between the resonance wavelength and the transmittivity of the samples with different refractive index was simulated with Matlab in the range of 550 - 800 nm.
