摘要 模块化多电平换流器(Modular Multilevel Converter,MMC)由于模块化的设计使其能够方便的应用于各种高电压场合,并且能够在较低开关频率下输出正弦度很高的电压波形。本文以1000V/90k VA MMC型换流器的功率子模块研制为研究核心,围绕该换流器中子模块一次电路主要元件参数选择、控制系统设计开展相关研究工作,研制了由4个子模块构成的集成化功率模块;通过子模块控制系统功能验证、功率模块的功率脉冲和带载实验,证明本文所研制的功率模块达到设计预期,能够正常、可靠、稳定工作。 The modular multi-level converter can be easily applied in high voltage system because of the modular design, and can output nearly sinusoidal voltage in a low switching frequency. In this paper, based on developing the power module for 1000V/90 k VA MMC, the main component parameters of sub-module and the design of control system are discussed. Then, an integrated power module with four sub-modules is developed. At last, according to the result of single phase MMC bridge inverting experiment with load, pulse power experiment and test work for experiment preparation, the developed power module can work as the design expectation reliably and stably.
