摘要
[目的]探讨恒温雷火灸标准操作流程对寒热虚湿瘀夹杂胃脘痛病人的治疗效果。[方法]将600例寒热虚湿瘀夹杂胃脘痛病人随机分为两组各300例,观察组根据中医辨证及补泻原则,采用恒温雷火灸优化护理方案进行规范化治疗,对照组采用传统雷火灸方法治疗,2周后观察两组临床疗效、病人满意度与依从性。[结果]两组临床疗效、病人满意度及依从性比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]恒温雷火灸优化护理方案规范化治疗能提高寒热虚湿瘀夹杂胃脘痛病人的临床疗效、病人满意度与依从性。
Objective：To probe into the curative effect of thermostatic thunder fire moxibustion standard operat- ing procedures for cold and heat deficiency blood stasis patients mixed with epigastric pain. Methods. A total of 600 cases of patients with cold and heat deficiency blood stasis mixed with epigastric pain were randomly divided into two group, 300 cases in each. The patients in observation group received the standardized treatment of ther- mostatic thunder fire moxibustion optimized nursing scheme according to TCM syndrome and reinforcing and reducing principle, the patients in control group received the traditional thunder fire moxibustion treatment, then to observe the clinical curative effect,the patients~ satisfaction and compliance in both groups after 2 weeks. Re- suits：Compared, there was statistically significant difference in the clinical efficacy, patients＇ satisfaction and compliance between both groups （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The standardized treatment of thermostatic thunder fire moxibustion optimized nursing scheme can improve the clinical curative effect of cold and heat defi- ciency blood stasis patients mixed with epigastric pain,patients＇ satisfaction and compliance.
