摘要 将车体和构架的超单元模型输入车辆动力学仿真程序,建立了考虑车体和构架弹性的车辆系统刚柔耦合动力学仿真模型,研究了车体和构架弹性对构架疲劳损伤的影响规律,给出了刚柔耦合车辆动力学仿真和构架疲劳损伤分析方法。 To research the influence of the flexibility of car body and bogie frame on the fatigue damage of bogie frame, four different rigid-flex coupling types of dynamic analysis model were created, including that rigid car-body flex bogie frame, flex car-body rigid bo- gie frame, rigid car-body rigid bogie frame and flex car-body flex bogie frame. Multi-body dynamics simulation and fatigue damage sim- ulation were performed, It's find out that the flexibility of bogie frame has more influence on the fatigue damage of the bogie frame then that of the car body, so it's enough to consider the flexibility of bogie frame when creating a multi-body dynamics model aimed at the bo gie frame fatigue damage analysis, and leaving the car-body rigid.
