摘要
介绍了在距离新建火车站大楼12-25m范围内开挖基坑的精细爆破技术,根据控制爆破理论对孔网参数、钻爆参数进行精细设计,选择合理的爆破方向和延时时间,对不同距离处每个炮孔的单次起爆药量进行精细控制,并采用数字测振仪监测爆破振动数据,确保爆破振动强度控制在安全范围以内。爆破取得了圆满成功,可为类似近距离基坑开挖爆破提供参考。
The precision blasting technology of excavation of foundation pit in 12-25 meters from the new railway station building was introduced. According to the theory of controlled blasting, the hole net- work parameters, drilling and blasting parameters were precisely designed, blasting scale was controlled properly, and direction of blasting and delay time were selected reasonably. Each hole of the single detona- tion dose was precisely controlled with different distances. Blasting vibration data was monitored adopting digital vibration monitoring instrument to ensure the blasting vibration intensity was controlled within the scope of security. The blasting achieved a full success. It could provide a reference for similar excavations.
