摘要 目的:测定IPSE.maxLT底层材料中C、D色系的色度值和相对透明率。方法:制作直径为13mm的盘状IPS E.max LT试样,按厚度分组为0.3mm和0.5mm两大组;按颜色再分组为C1、C2、C3、C4、D2、D3、D4各七组,共计14组(n=5),应用CM-5分光测色计测试试样的色度值,并在标准黑、白背景下,测试表面光反射率Y值(记录Yb,Yw平均值),计算相对透明率(Yb/Yw),统计分析组内与组间差异。结果:从C1到C4,以及从D2到D4,随着色号增大,明度值逐渐减小,亮度降低;色品值增大,彩度和色调增加。0.3mm厚度试样的相对透明率数值分布于0.327-0.377,0.5mm厚度试样的相对透明率数值分布于0.449-0.451,0.3mm组底层材料的相对透明率明显小于0.5mm组。结论:不同色号之间的颜色差异不是相对透明率差异的相关因素。试样厚度是相对透明率差异的重要相关因素。 Objective: To investigate the color and relative translucency of IPS E.max core materials of Shade C and D series. Methods: porcelain specimens of Cylindrical Core Dentine Materials (13.0mm in diameter, 0.3mm or 0.5ram thick) were made. The CIE colors of the ceramic ingots provided by the manufacturer were measured with CM-5 chromatic instru- ment. The reflectivity value (Yb and Yw) of all the specimens was determined and the relative translucency(Yb/Yw) was calculated. Analysis of variance and t-test were used for statistic analysis. Results: The L values (brightness) decreased with the changes from shade C1 to C4, and shade D2 to D4; increased, saturation and hue increased with increased a and b value. Relative transparency of 0.3mm-thick specimens was 0.327-0.377, that of 0.5mm-thiek specimens was 0.449-0.451. Relative translucency of the 0.3ram-thick group was significantly less than the 0.5mm-thick group. Conclusion: Thickness is a relevant factor of relative translucency other than color difference.
