摘要
目的对比分析克氏针和锁骨S钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段粉碎骨折临床效果和并发症。方法选取2011年1月至2014年3月期间我院因锁骨中段粉碎骨折收住入我科患者122例,随机分为2组,每组61例,分别予以锁骨S钢板内固定法(观察组)和克氏针内固定法(对照组)进行手术,比较2组患者临床效果和并发症发生情况。结果观察组总优良率86.9%显著高于对照组,手术平均时间(46.1±2.7)min和骨折平均愈合时间(60.1±3.3)d均显著少于对照组,总并发症率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁骨S钢板内固定法对于锁骨中段粉碎骨折患者治疗综合效果较好,并发症发生率低,适合临床广泛应用。
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects and complications of Kirschner wire internal fixation and S plate internal fixation for the treatment of comminuted fracture. Methods 122 patients with midshaft clavicle comminuted fracture admitted to our hospital from January,2011 to March,2014 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,observation group and control group,each with 61 patients. The observation group adopted Clavicle S plate internal fixation while the control group received kirschner wire internal fixation. Then,clinical effects and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total excellence rate（ 86. 9%） of observation group was dramatically higher than that of the control group,the average operation time（ 46. 1 ± 2. 7） min and the average fracture healing time（ 60. 1 ± 3. 3） was remarkably less than that of the control group and the total complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group. All the differences showed a statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Compared with kirschner wire internal fixation,Clavicle S plate internal fixation can achieve a better comprehensive curative effect with lower morbidity rate of complication. Therefore,it is suitable for a wide range of clinical application.
