Design of Detection System for Lithium Batteries of Mine UPS

摘要 针对矿用UPS系统中锂电池组电量难以测量的问题,提出了利用电压法和电流积分法相结合的电量检测方法,消除了阻抗变化和电池自放电对电量检测的影响;利用STM32F103VET6为主控单元,设计了矿用锂电池组电量检测系统,实现了电池组剩余电量百分比的检测,同时通过LCD技术实现电量现场显示,利用RS485与上位机远程通信实现了电量的远程监控。 Aiming at the difficulty in measuring the power of lithium batteries used in mine UPS system, power detection method is proposed based on the combination of voltage and current integral method, eliminating the influence of impedance change and the battery self-discharge on power detection; Using STM32F103VET6 as main control unit, designed mine lithium batteries power detection system, the dump energy percentage is able to be measured, meanwhile, using LCD technology achieves the electric field display and using RS485 communicating with upper monitor,realizes remote monitoring of power.
