摘要
制动片磨损率的变化影响到整个带式输送机鼓式制动器制动的安全,采用试验的方法开展研究。通过CFT-Ⅰ材料表面综合测试仪分析了制动压力和制动速度对磨损率的影响,并用扫描电镜对摩擦试样的表面情况进行观察分析。结果表明:该制动片适宜用于制动压力大的工况;相比较制动压力,制动速度的影响较大;磨损率受到时间和温度的影响都较大。
The change of wear rate of brake block affect the safety of drum brakes on the whole belt conveyor, the research on it is adopted by the method of experiment. Through the CFT- Ⅰ material surface comprehensive tester, the effect of the brake pressure and brake speed on the wear rate is analyzed, and the surface condition of friction sample is observed and analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Results show that this brake block is appropriate for the operation condition of bigger brake pressure; brake speed has a greatly influence compared with brake pressure; the influence of time and temperature on wear rate are larger.
