Movement Analysis of Hydraulic Support Four Bar Linkage Based on String Section Method

摘要 基于液压支架四连杆机构尺寸参数的几何关系,建立了四连杆机构运动方程,采用弦截法对该非线性方程进行迭代求解,采用Matlab软件的GUI图形界面系统,开发了一套四连杆机构运动分析程序,通过人机交互界面将支架尺寸参数输入该系统,实现运动过程实时模拟,该系统可以实现不同尺寸参数下双纽线运动轨迹的直观分析,为液压支架的优化设计提供依据。 Four bar linkage equation of motion was established based on the geometric relationships of the hydraulic support parameters. The iterative solution of the nonlinear equation was obtained by the string section method. The Hydraulic support space coordinates at anytime was calculated and the lifting movement process of hydraulic support was simulated. The GUI graphical user interface system of Matlab was introduced to achieve Human-computer interoperate. A set of four bar linkage movement analysis program was developed. The size parameters could be entered into the system and motion process simulation in real time was implemented. The system can realize different size parameters,intuitive analysis of lemniscate curve movement. It will provide the basis for the optimal design of the hydraulic.
