摘要
自动液力变速器的中间轴是变速器的关键零件之一,为了研究其静力学特性,采用有限元分析方法,运用UG和ANSYS Workbench建立了该轴的三维有限元模型,并对其进行了静力学分析,得到了中间轴在正常工作时的应力云图和应变云图,并计算出了其最大应力和最大变形量。计算结果表明中间轴的应力和应变均在材料的许用范围内,说明其结构设计合理,满足强度和刚度的要求,从而为自动液力变速器的实际应用提供了强有力的理论支持。
The intermediate shaft is one of the key parts of automatic hydraulic transmission. In this paper, the finite element analysis method is used to study the statics characteristics of the intermediate shaft. The three-dimensional finite element model of the shaft is built firstly by means of UG and ANSYS Workbench, and then the statics characteristics of the shaft are analyzed; finally, the equivalent stress and strain graphs of the shaft under normal working condition are obtained, and the maximum stress and strain are figured out. The results indicate that the stress and strain of the shaft are both in the range of permissible value, which explains that the structure of the shaft is reasonable, and the strength and stiffness of it can both satisfy application requirement, therefore, powerful theoretical supports are provided for practical application of automatic hydraulic transmission.
