基于小波变换的煤矿井下水泵故障诊断 被引量:14

摘要 对煤矿井下水泵的几种常见故障的产生机理以及故障与振动信号频率之间的关系进行深入分析。针对每种故障在振动信号中具有特定频率分量的特点,通过小波变换对采集到的振动信号进行降噪并提取特征频率。利用Matlab平台FFT分析采集的信号,将采集到的故障信号与特征频率进行对比,从而实现对水泵的故障诊断。实验验证表明,该故障诊断方法诊断精度高,用时短。因此,为水泵的故障诊断提供了一定的实际应用价值。 Pump mechanism of several common faults and the relationship with the frequencies of vibration signals are analyzed in this paper. Each type of failure in vibration characteristics with a particular frequency component in the signal through wavelet transform for denoising and feature extraction of vibration signal frequency. Signal acquisition is analyzed by FFT using Matlab platform,the collected fault signals are compared with the characteristic frequency in order to achieve fault diagnosis of the pump. Experiments showed that this method of fault diagnosis with high precision and time overhead is small, therefore for the fault diagnosis of water pump provides practical value.
