摘要
目的:探讨“教学做”一体化教学模式在《推拿手法学》教学中的应用效果。方法:选取昆明卫生职业学院2012级高职针灸推拿专业班学生共27人为对照组,2013级高职针灸推拿班学生共28人为试验组,在《推拿手法学》教学中,试验组采用理论与实践相结合的“教学做”一体化教学模式进行教学,对照组则采用传统教学模式,对两组学生进行教学效果问卷调查、理论考试和技能操作考核。结果:试验组理论考试、实践考核成绩及问卷得分均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05、P〈0.01)。结论:“教学做”一体化教学模式可显著提高《推拿手法学》的教学效果。
Objective:To explore the effect of"teaching and practicing"integration applied in teaching of Massage Manipulation. Methods:27 voca-tional professional acupuncture and massage students of grade 2012 in Kunming health Career Academy were selected as control group, 28 vocation-al professional acupuncture and massage students of grade 2013 as experimental group, during teaching of Massage Manipulation experimental group adopted teaching model of "teaching and practicing" integration combining theory and practice, control group adopted traditional teaching mode, both accepted questionnaire survey for teaching effect, theoretical examination and skill assessment. Results:Scores of theory test, practice ex-amination and questionnaire in experimental group were all significantly higher than those in control group (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion:The teach-ing model of"teaching and practicing"integration can significantly improve the teaching effect of Massage Manipulation.
