转基因水稻产业化的潜在动态影响——基于可计算一般均衡模型模拟的研究 被引量:4

Dynamic Potential Effect of the Industrialization for Genetically Modified Paddy: Based on the CGE Mode

摘要 转基因水稻是一个涉及我国的主粮安全、食用安全和生态安全等敏感问题的争议作物品种。本文基于对我国转基因水稻技术创新的分析,以转BT基因水稻为例,参考了当前转基因水稻生产效应的相应研究,设置两种情景并运用CGE模型测度了转基因水稻产业化的动态影响,提出要从国家战略需求和公众市场需求两个层面判断转基因水稻产业化的发展方向以及相关策略。 Genetically modified paddy( GM paddy) is a controversy plant variety involving grain security,food and ecological safety such sensitive issues. This article focuses on the staple crop of rice from technological innovation,qualitatively analyzes the basic conditions and the possibility of industrial development of genetically modified paddy,furthermore to measure the dynamic economic effects by general equilibrium model. Finally,the paper then puts forward the industrialization direction of GM paddy and related policies from the national strategic needs and the public demand.
