摘要
为了更好地处理某炼油厂润滑油加氢压缩机101/3排气阀盖紧固螺栓的疲劳断裂问题,计算了应力强度,利用ANSYS软件建立试件的三维非线性接触模型并进行了应力强度的校核,结果与实际情况接近。如果螺栓的疲劳强度在使用中失效,ANSYS软件的模拟结果就会发现螺栓与排气阀接触的第一牙根处有明显的应力集中现象,可知排气阀螺栓失效是由于螺栓根部的应力集中导致的。该仿真结果为以后的螺栓设计工作提供了重要理论依据。
To deal with the failure in fatigue fracture of fastening bolt of exhaust valve cover on hydrogen Compressor 101/3 in one oil refinery and to calculate the stress intensity, the specimen's three -dimensional nonlinear contact model was built by using ANSYS software and the stress intensity was adjusted and checked. The result was nearly consistent to the actual situation. If the fatigue intensity of the bolt was invalid in the usage,the simulation result of ANSYS software would show that there was obvious stress concentration at the foot of contact point of the bolt and exhaust valve. It was concluded that failure on bolts resulted from the stress concentration of the bolt's root, and the simulation results provided an important theoretical evidence for the future design of the bolts.
