摘要
上海某生活垃圾焚烧厂渗沥液采用以MBR工艺为主的处理系统。其调试过程按照设备调试和污泥培养驯化2个步骤进行,设备调试按单体调试、局部联合调试和系统联合调试运转3个步骤进行,污泥培养采用接种培养法。经过稳定试运行后,该系统出水基本达到了设计要求。
The MBR combined process was used for leachate treatment in a domestic waste incineration plant of Shanghai. Its debugging process included equipment debugging and sludge acclimation. Furthermore, the equipment debugging included single equipment debugging, part equipments debugging and system equipments debugging, and sludge acclimation used inoculated culture method. After stable test run, the outlet quality can reach the designed standards.
