摘要
介绍了矿用车辆紧急制动系统所存在的问题,以及常州科研试制中心针对此问题所研制的矿用车辆自动液压制动系统的工作原理。将该系统应用在单轨吊车紧急制动系统中,运用虚拟仿真平台AMESim软件建立该系统的仿真模型,仿真分析了流控阀通径大小与液控单向阀阀芯位移之间的关系,并确定了合理的流控阀通径尺寸;最后,对坡道跑车情况下该系统的紧急制动性能进行仿真分析。结果表明,该系统响应迅速,紧急制动性能符合煤矿安全规程的要求。
This paper introduces the problem exists in the emergency braking system of mine-used vehicle, and the principle of automatic hydraulic braking system developed by Changzhou Development and Manufacture Centre Company. The system model is set up by the virtual simulation platform AMESim. The relationship between the ori- fice diameter of the flow control valve and the spool displacement of the hydraulic control non return valve is ana- lyzed, and the reasonable orifice diameter is determined. Finally, the emergency braking performance when the vehi- cle slides down on the slope is analyzed. The result shows that the system responds very fast, and the emergency braking performance meets the need of the coal mine safety regulation.
