摘要
为解决某多路换向阀回油背压偏高的问题,以某型液压挖掘机多路换向阀铲斗联为研究对象,在AMESim仿真平台上搭建仿真模型,对阀芯节流口结构进行优化;采用仿真分析与测试相结合的方法,对优化前后的阀芯进行实际作业工况下整机测试对比分析。结果表明:多路阀在小开口时,减小过流面积梯度可以改善执行机构微操作性能;大开口时增大过流面积,可以有效降低执行机构回油背压,减小整机功率损失。
In order to solve the problem of high backpressure, a bucket model of a certain multi-way valve is built based on AMESim, and the structure of the throttle areas are calculated and optimized. The performances of the op- timized and non-optimized valve are simulated and testedin excavator. The results show that when the multi-way valve is small openings, the operation stability can be improved by reducing the gradient of orifice area and when the multi-way valve is big openings, increased the orifice area could reduce the backpressure of actuator and im- prove work efficiency.
