摘要
在气流床气化炉内高温高压的环境下,气固混合是影响气化炉效率的重要因素,而旋流在强化气固混合方面已在燃烧中得到广泛使用,文中综述了旋流在气流床气化炉中的应用。首先介绍了旋流的数学描述,包括旋流的概念,旋流N-S方程的表示方法以及其解析解,旋流的解析解均是在一定假设前提下得到的,具有一定的局限性;其次,介绍了旋流的特性和生成方式,主要通过切向入口、旋流叶片和机械旋转引入旋流;然后介绍了旋流在气化炉中的应用,包括喷嘴旋流和炉膛旋流2种,并结合具体结构展示了旋流的作用,主要有增强混合和便于排渣;最后对旋流在气化炉中的应用进行了总结和展望。
The gas-solid mixing is crucial to improving the efficiency of the gasifier in an atmosphere of high pressure and temperature. This paper reviewed the swirling flow and its application in entrained flow coal gasifier. First, the mathematical description of swirling flow was introduced, including the conception of swirling flow, the expression of N-S equations of swirling flow and its analytical solutions. Most of the theoretical solutions are based on some simplification and assumptions, so they can only reflect some aspects of the swirling flow. Secondly, the characteristics and form of generating the swirling flow were shown. The swirling flow can be divided into different patterns according to its swirling number. Generally, tangential inlet, swirler and mechanical rotator are used to produce swirling flow. Then, the applications of swirling flow on gasifier were demonstrated by actual structure, including the nozzle with swirling effect and the gasifier chamber with swirling flow. In the industrial application, the the swirling flow can enhance gas-solid mixing and be beneficial to slaggin current design, range of application and the development trends were g on the wall. Finally, some problems in proposed.
