摘要
从物流能力及柔性价值概念出发,采用期权定价的方法来衡量企业物流能力柔性价值。通过物流能力中有形要素和无形要素的持续或非持续的投资,建立企业期权物流能力柔性价值的决策模型。然后,选取实例验证企业物流能力柔性价值的有效性,为企业物流能力投资决策提供一定的指导。
In this paper, starting from the logistics capability and flexibility value, we adopted the option pricing method to measure the flexi- bility value of enterprise logistics capability. Through the continuous and non-continuous investment of tangible and intangible elements in the lo- gistics capabilities, we established the decision-making model of the flexibility value. Finally we verified its effectiveness by a study case to provide some guidance to the logistics capability investment decision of the enterprises.
