摘要
印染企业作为我国传统的劳动密集型加工企业,在人才培养和基层管理人才梯队建设上如何另辟蹊径,打造一支符合企业发展需求、高素质,全能型的复合型人才队伍,将是未来印染企业保持竞争力的核心要素之一。本文从印染企业的现状为出发点,结合印染企业的实际,指出症结所在,从而为印染企业在复合型人才建设和管理上提出相应的解决之道。
As the traditional labor-intensive processing enterprises of our country,how to find an effective way to build a team with high-quality and all-composite personnel to meet the needs of enterprise development, which will be one of the core of printing and dyeing enterprises to maintain competitiveness in the future. Beginning with the current status of printing and dyeing enterprises, this paper points out the crux by actual means and proposes appropriate solutions on construction and management of multiple personnel development.
