摘要
目的观察应用低功率He-Ne激光综合治疗弱视的疗效。方法 2010年11月到2012年11月,弱视患者534例884只眼,分为两组,(1)治疗组:患者241例433只眼,应用低功率HeNe激光照射,每日3 min,连续照射20 d。联合遮盖、精细目力训练、同视机、视觉生理治疗仪(cambridge stimulater,CAM)等综合治疗。(2)对照组:患者293例451只眼,仅采用遮盖、精细目力训练、同视机、视觉生理治疗仪(cambridge stimulater,CAM)等综合治疗。结果治疗组患者241例433只眼,基本痊愈215只眼(49.5%),有效181只眼(41.7%),无效37只眼(8.54%)。治疗组患者年龄越小,弱视疗效越好;轻中度弱视疗效明显优于重度弱视;中心注视有效率明显高于非中心注视。结论综合疗法联合He-Ne激光治疗弱视的临床疗效优于传统综合治疗方法,有待于临床进一步观察。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the comprehensive amblyopia treatment with low energy He-Ne laser. Methods Altogether 241 patients （433 eyes） aged from 4 to 21 were collected from November 2011 to November 2012. These pa- tients were given a comprehensive treatment that included a low energy He-Ne laser therapy, which lasted for 20 days, 3 minutes per day. They also received occlusion therapy, fine eyesight training, synoptophore training and CAM therapy. Results With the treatment, 215 eyes （49. 5% ） were cured. The treatment was valid to 181 eyes （41.7%） and invalid to 37 eyes （8.54%）. Conclusions The low energy He-Ne laser in combined with comprehensive treatments will improve the effectiveness of amblyopia treatment.
