摘要
通过对红外光度法、非分散红外法及紫外法测定石油类原理的比较分析、标准样品验证比对、实际样品测试、溶剂类型及仪器资源的比较研究表明,红外法在水质综合适用性上独占优势,非分散红外法随着直读仪器的出台有简便快捷的特点,而紫外法具有灵敏度高、萃取溶剂低毒等优势仍有实用价值。从数据比对结果看,红外法能更准确反映不同类型水样中的油含量,非分散红外法与紫外法对标准油的选择有依赖性,对水样中油基团组成比例有稳定性要求,适用于已知类型水样的常规监测。
Through comparison and analysis of infrared photometry,non-dispersive infrared method and UV method for determination principles of petroleum,verifying and comparing standard samples,testing practical samples,comparing and researching solvent types and instruments,this paper demonstrates that infrared photometry has unique advantage in comprehensive applicability of water;non-dispersive infrared method is simple and quick in use with the emergence of direct reading instruments; UV method still has practical value with the virtues of high sensitivity and low toxin of extracting solvent. According to the results of data comparison,infrared photometry can reflect the oil content in various water samples more accurately;the accuracy of non-dispersive infrared method and UV method depends on the selection of standard oil and these two methods have requirements for stability of the ratio of oil basic group in water sample and they are applicable to the regular monitoring of known types of water samples.
