摘要
目的:研究不同加热时间对8种人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rf、Rh1、Rb1、Ro、Rb2及Rd含量的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定不同加热时间的人参药材中,上述8种人参皂苷的含量。结果:人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1、Ro、Rb2、Rf加热后含量降低;Rd、Rh1在121℃加热60、90 min时含量升高,120 min时含量降低。结论:不同加热时间对8种人参单体皂苷的含量有影响。
Objective: To study the effect of heating on content of 8 kinds of ginsensides Rg1 , Re, Rf, Rh1, Rb1, Ro, Rb2 and Rd in Radix Ginseng under different heating time. Methods: The content of 8 ginsenosides in Radix Ginseng was determined by HPLC. Result: The contents of ginsenosides Rg1, Re, Rb1 , Ro, Rb2, Rf were reduced after heating and the contents of Rd, RhI increased under heating for 60 or 90 minutes at 121 ℃, and decreased when heated for 120 minutes. Conclusion: Different heating time has an effect on the content of eight kinds of ginsenosides.
