摘要
SBS改性乳化沥青具有较好的高温性能,并且抗老化和耐疲劳性能也较好,但是低温性能较差,SBR改性乳化沥青低温抗开裂能力很好,水稳定性和耐久性也较好,但是其高温抗车辙性能较差。基于此,制备了SBS-SBR复合改性乳化沥青,并对比其与基质沥青、SBS改性乳化沥青、SBR改性乳化沥青的高温抗车辙性能、低温抗裂性能、水稳定性、疲劳性能,最终得出:SBS-SBR复合改性乳化沥青集合了两种乳化沥青的优势,耐久性有了一定提高。
SBS composite modified emulsified asphalt had better high -temperature performance, aging and fatigue resistance performance, but poor low- temperature performance; however, SBR modified emulsi- fied asphalt had good low - temperature anti- cracking ability, good water stability and durability, but poor high temperature rutting- resistance performance. On this basis, SBS -SBR modified emulsified asphalt was prepared, compared the performance of high - temperature rutting resistance, low temperature anti - cracking, water stability and fatigue with matrix asphalt, SBS modified emulsified asphalt and SBR modified emulsified asphalt. The results showed that SBS - SBR modified emulsified asphalt had the advantages of both emulsified asphalts and the durability was improved.
