摘要
利用催化油浆馏后残油调合低针入度硬质道路沥青,不仅可以合理利用有限的石油资源,提高炼油厂经济效益,同时也可以解决低针入度硬质道路沥青的生产,满足交通发展对低针入度硬质沥青的需要.对利用催化油浆馏后残油与商品70号沥青调合沥青性能变化规律进行了研究,探索了利用催化油浆制备低针入度硬质沥青的可能性.研究结果表明:催化油浆馏后残油掺兑比在6%~12%范围内与70号商品道路沥青可以调合,随着催化油浆馏后残油掺兑比的提高,调合沥青的软化点增加,针入度下降,延度减小,动力黏度增加,催化油浆馏后残油调舍后,调合沥青的黏温性能有所改善,能调合出满足50号B指标要求的道路沥青.
Using FCC slurry oil to blend low penetration hard road asphalt, could not only effectively use limited petroleum resources, improve economic efficiency of refinery, but also meet transportation development of low penetration hard asphalt. The paper studied on change rules of asphalt performance blended by FCC slurry oil distilled residue and No. 70 asphalt, and explored the possibility of preparing low penetration hard asphalt with FCC slurry oil. The results showed that the blending range of FCC slurry oil distilled residue mixed in No. 70 road asphalt was from 6% to 12%. When the mix ratio of FCC slurry oil distilled residue in- creased, softening point of blending asphalt increased, penetration and ductility decreased, dynamic viscosity increased and viscosity - temperature properties improved. The road asphalt which met requirement of No. 50 B index could be blended.
