摘要
针对粮食颗粒在气力输送过程中易破碎的问题,分析了粮食在气力输送过程中的破碎机理,介绍了气力输送系统中粮食颗粒的物性对粮食破碎的影响,指出气力输送系统的输送管路长度和布置、输送参数如输送压力以及输送速度等的变化直接影响着粮食颗粒破碎率的大小。为更好地解决粮食在气力输送中存在的问题,优化粮食气力输送系统的设计提供了依据。
For the breaking problem of the grain particles transporting in the pneumatic conveying, the fragmen- tation mechanism of the grain particles was analyzed. The influencing factors of the physical character for the grain particles fragmentation in the pneumatic conveying system were introduced. It was pointed out that the pipe length and its layout and the conveying parameters such as conveying pressure and velocity o[ the pneumatic conveying system were the main influencing factors about the fragmentation rate. The bases for solving the problems better when using the pneumatic conveying system and optimizing the design of the pneumatic conveying system were suggested.
