奶牛口蹄疫母源抗体测定及三价灭活疫苗免疫效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 为科学评价口蹄疫O型、A型、亚洲Ⅰ型三价灭活疫苗的免疫效果,并合理制定奶牛口蹄疫免疫程序,采用液相阻断ELISA方法对犊牛母源抗体及成年母牛口蹄疫免疫抗体进行了检测。结果:犊牛母源抗体90日龄时回落近临界值,成年母牛免疫后6个月抗体水平下降至临界值。根据试验结果,建议免疫程序如下:犊牛90日龄首免口蹄疫三价灭活疫苗,首免后1个月进行二免,以后每6个月加强免疫1次;成年母牛首免后每6个月加强免疫1次。 In order to evaluate immune effect of foot - and - mouth disease type O, type A and Asia I trivalent inactivated vaccine, and set a reasona- ble immune procedure in large scale dairy farm, the maternal antibody and immune antibody were detected by liquid - phase blocking ELISA test. Results: the maternal antibody of calves down to critical value in 90 day old, and the immune antibody of adult lactating cows down to critical value in 180 day old. The results showed that an optimum first - immune time of calves should be about 90 days, that the calves should be given a second vaccination after funda- mental immunity of 30 days, and that an intensive vaccination should be subsequently administered every six months, and adult lactating cows should be immuned once every six months.
