摘要
针对某钢厂叶片式摆动液压马达结构的安全性问题,利用Pro/E软件建立马达的三维模型,并导入有限元软件ANSYS Workbench中,采用软件中的静态结构分析模块对马达强度进行应力应变及接触状态分析,得出马达的应力分布和变形情况,结果表明马达的抗变形能力和强度能够满足生产要求。通过马达的实际压力油作用下的相关零件变形试验对比,确定了马达实际变形和理论分析基本一致,表明在ANSYS Workbench中建立的叶片式摆动液压马达模型是准确且可信的。
Aimed at the problem of structural safety of hydraulic rotary vane actuators of one steel plant,the three dimensional( 3-D) model of the hydraulic rotary vane actuators was created by using the Pro / E software,and transmitted into the finite element analysis( FEA) software ANSYS Workbench. By using the FEA software with the static structural analysis module,the stress,strain and contact state of actuators were analyzed,and stress distribution and deformation conditions were obtained. The results show that the anti-deformation and intensity performance of the actuators can meet requirements of production. By comparing the result of deformation test on related parts under actual oil pressure with the theory ANSYS Workbenches' result,the actual deformation of the actuators is basically consistent with the theoretical analysis. It also shows that the model of the hydraulic rotary actuators created by ANSYS Workbench software is correct and reliable.
