摘要
采用中和沉淀法对红土镍矿硝酸浸出液中杂质铝的净化及过滤分离性能进行了研究。考察了反应温度、陈化前pH和陈化时间对除铝的影响。结果表明,在下述最佳条件下,沉淀矿浆加入5%硫酸钙,真空抽滤速度可以达到0.109m^3/(h·m^2),是常规沉淀法的6.4倍,镍、钴损失率均低于2%:反应温度40℃、陈化前pH=3.9-4.1、陈化时间30min、负压0.04 MPa。
Purification and separation of aluminum from nitric acid leached lixivium of laterite-nickel ore by neutralization precipitation were investigated. The effects of reaction temperature, pH value before ageing, and ageing time on aluminum removal were studied. The results show that vaccum filtration rate of aluminum precipitate slurry after adding 5% CaSO4 is 0. 109 m^3/(h · m^2), which is 5.4 times higher than that of traditional method, loss rate of nickel and cobalt in obtained aluminum precipitate slag is 2% below under the optimum conditions including reaction temperature of 40 ℃, pH value before aging of 3.9 -4. 1, aging time of 30 min, and filtration negative pressure of -0.04 MPa.
