摘要
针对塔河油田高粘稠油开采中存在的一些实际问题,开发研制了RHS-1稠油乳化降粘剂。通过实验的测定,对比分析了该降粘剂的降粘效果。降粘效果的室内及现场实验表明:添加RHS-1降粘剂可有效降低岩心膨胀,提高岩石孔隙率,驱油效率可提高19%,渗透率可达37.9×10-3μm2,当活性剂浓度为3000 mg/L,RHS-1表现出较好的湿润性能,日均采油量提高,该降粘剂能够提高低渗透油藏的渗透率,是一种效果好,使用方便,成本合理的稠油开采用降粘剂。
According to some practical problems,viscosity reducer RHS- 1 for heavy crude oils was exploited and developed,the effect of decreasing viscosity was analyzed. Through indoor experiments of the viscosity reduction effect indicate,the experiment results showed that the addition of RHS- 1 viscosity reducer can effectively reduce the core swelling and improve the porosity of rock. The oil displacement efficiency can be increased by 19%. The permeability added up to 37. 9 × 10^- 3m^2. When the surfactant concentration was 3000 mg / L,RHS- 1 showed better wettability. The average daily incremental oil production was increased. RHS- 1 enhanced oil recovery of surface antimbibitionin low permeability reservoirs. The viscosity agent with strong viscosity reduction was a high performance,convenient and cheap viscosity agent for heavy oil mining.
